I bought this from AV Access, it felt cheap right out of the box. It started acting up after just a few days, which was really disappointing. For the price, I was actually expecting much better quality. Not happy with it at all.

I ordered from avaccess.com a while back, mostly because I was trying to get my setup sorted before the weekend, and ended up needing to contact them about a return. Later on, I also had a warranty thing come up. To be fair, they did respond, and everything eventually got handled, so it definitely wasn’t a horrible experience.

The main thing was that it took more emails back and forth than I expected, and the first set of instructions wasn’t super clear to me. Maybe I was just already annoyed because I was dealing with it after work, but it felt a bit slower than it needed to be. Overall, not bad, just kind of average

I’ve been using it for a bit, but the connection keeps dropping around random times. It just hasn’t been very stable for me.

The picture was okay overall, but I kept running into small flickers and the audio would cut out for a second every now and then. I tried swapping cables and messing with the settings, but it didn’t really change anything. Support eventually responded, but it took longer than I hoped. It worked most days, so I wouldn’t call it awful, but it did make me question the overall quality. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ended up guessing, rechecking cables, and searching around online just to get it finished, which felt like such a waste of time and energy. It’s not the worst experience ever, but for the price, I really expected clearer instructions.

I bought this mostly for the KVM feature, but it gave me more trouble than it was worth. The weird part is, switching between PCs would seem fine at first, then my keyboard or mouse would randomly stop responding. A few times I had to unplug things and plug them back in just to get everything working again. I tried the support suggestions, but they didn’t really solve the issue for me.

I reached out to support and waited a few days, but I never got any real help or clear follow-up. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable relying on them, so I decided not to keep putting more time into it.

I really wanted this to work, especially because I felt kind of pressured to make it fit my setup instead of returning it right away. But it just didn’t get along with my laptop and monitor at all. I swapped cables, messed with settings, and kept giving it another try, but I’d still randomly get a no signal message. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

I tried getting it set up but just couldn’t make it work. Something about it was confusing, and after messing with it for a while, I just gave up.

Setup was simple enough, no big issues there. It works fine most of the time but I do notice some lag here and there, so it doesn’t always feel super smooth. Not awful or anything, just kind of okay. Good enough for basic use though

I bought this from avaccess.com and yeah, the build quality just feels weak. The casing is super light and kinda cheap-feeling, and the ports don’t really feel solid when you plug stuff in. It just doesn’t give me the vibe that it’s gonna last very long. For the price, I expected better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

It works fine overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints there. I just keep wondering if I paid a bit too much for what it actually does. Maybe I expected more for the price, but it feels a little overpriced to me.

The tracking didn’t update for several days, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on, and it ended up arriving later than I expected. I did contact customer service and they replied, but they didn’t give me much useful information. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the delivery process could definitely be better. Has anyone else had the same issue with their shipping?
